Acudi para tener en numero para que mis amigos lleguen a hospedarse a esta cadena. Desde que llegue son muy amables en la recepción, Restaurante y demas personal que nos saluda y dan la bienvenida. Con gusto los recomendé por sus atenciones
Acepté cuarto con gotera pero no me hicieron descuento, por lo demás bien, no ruidos, tranquilo en viernes.

Amplias habitaciones bien ventiladas. La acústica es terrible, se escucha todo, hay un persiste olor a cloaca en algunas zonas. Pero para el precio es una excelente opción, con agua caliente y camas de base de piedra, que son cómodas a pesar de todo. La ventaja es el restaurante, aunque su servicio es sólo de 8 am a 20 hrs. El personal amable. Y el estacionamiento pequeño, pero bien distribuido. El wifi fatal, débil e intermitente.
Muy buena opcion para quedarse en Pachuca. Aunque sus costos son economicos es muy Seguro y limpio. Muy facil para llegar y con varias opciones a los alredeores para comer

Lugar agradable, sencillo en general pero muy cómodo, la televisión falla pero las camas me agradaron así como las cobijas! El precio es accesible e ideal para puéblese y visitar Pachuca! Sin duda regresaría!
El hotel es bueno. Pero es PÉSIMO que no acepten tarjetas. Y para transferencia, argumentan que las cuentas "no están sirviendo". Es molesto, y es incómodo. ¿En qué siglo estamos?
